Some companies are even foregoing fashion week for elaborate videos that better illustrate the feeling and aesthetic of a brand and their recent collection. Companies are definitely trying to reach consumers on a more personal level, by appealing to their desire to live out glittery, pastel-colored fantasies. Lookbooks are also changing how fashion is viewed. This summer a company called Tucker was advertising by showing their video in New York City cabs. They gained a lot of popularity, and are now creating a collection for Target.

  1. Becca, I like all the videos you include, but it feels kind of slight. I'd like to see you making a bigger point, or showing us something unusual. Just feels kind of thin, like not much effort went into it. and nothing turns a reader off more.

If you're struggling with blog format or not sure what you should be writing about, please come see me. Happy to hash out
